What is International "A Level"?

At the end of the 2 or 3-year Junior College Programme, students sit for the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom International "A" Level examinations, which are set and marked by examiners in Cambridge.
"A" grades in 3-4 A level examination subjects meet the minimum entry requirements to top universities such as Harvard, MIT, Yale, Stanford, Cambridge, Oxford, etc.
"A" and "B" grades in 3-4 A-Level examination subjects meet the minimum entry requirements to good universities such as NUS, NTU, UNSW, University of Berkeley, University of Sydney, UC Berkeley, etc.
Most Australian universities require only 2 "A" Level passes.

What is IGCSE?

International General Certificate of Secondary Educationor IGCSE is an international examination offered, set and marked by examiners from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
This qualification allows students to be accepted into high schools in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, and New Zealand; Junior Colleges and Polytechnics in Singapore; Foundation Programmes in Australia; and Community Colleges in the USA.
Admission will be based on students meeting the minimum entry requirements of the intended schools, polytechnics and colleges.
